Your Coach For Elite Care.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame, through its affiliate, Hall of Fame Health, has developed an Elite Care Center program where you can get advanced joint replacement and orthopaedic care services from top-tier surgeons. This is the same high level of treatment and care that former pro football players receive.
Dr. Camille Connelly
Dr. Connelly has extensive training in surgical and nonsurgical foot and ankle treatments, including fracture care, ligament and tendon reconstruction, ankle replacement and fusion, ankle arthroscopy, bunion correction, and flatfoot reconstruction. Dr. Connelly also performs partial and total knee replacements, including robotic assisted surgery. Her approach to patient care is focused on accurate diagnosis and educating her patients about their conditions and injuries so they can play an active role in the decision-making process and treatment plan. Dr. Connelly’s goal is to reduce pain and increase function to get patients back on their feet so they can return to the activities they love.

Dr. Eric S. Secrist
He works closely with a large team to ensure that all nonoperative treatment is attempted before considering surgery. If patients elect to move forward with surgery, he works closely with primary care providers to evaluate the whole patient – not just their orthopedic condition – and optimize their physical and mental health before surgery. During surgery, he employs a multimodal approach incorporating pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic approaches to pain management to help patients take as few opioids as possible and speed their road to recovery.
Dr. Stacia Smith
Dr. Stacia Smith is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in surgery of the hip, knee, and upper extremity. Her surgical expertise includes joint replacement of the hip and knee, knee arthroscopy, carpal tunnel release, trigger digit release, and shoulder arthroscopy. She has recently gained expertise in robotic assisted unicompartment knee replacement and is excited to optimize every patient’s surgical results. Her goal is to provide individualized treatments to make her patients as functional as possible and help them be active, athletic, and able to participate in life, work, and sports.

Ambulatory Surgery Center
Our Ambulatory Surgery Center is designed to deliver expert care through outpatient surgery. Most patients undergoing orthopedic ambulatory surgery are admitted and discharged the same day. This gives patients the convenience and affordability of Proliance Surgeons Skagit Northwest Orthopedics’ highly accessible location, eliminating expensive hospital stays.
Proliance Surgeons Skagit Northwest Orthopedics’ goal is to restore each patient’s functional abilities as much as possible, and comfort and safety are our top priorities. This objective is carried throughout a patient’s interactions with Proliance Surgeons Skagit Northwest Orthopedics, from initial contact to surgery, to post-procedure care, making Proliance Surgeons Skagit Northwest Orthopedics a one-stop care facility for patients’ orthopedic needs. In addition, Proliance Surgeons Skagit Northwest Orthopedics’ participation in the Proliance Surgeons network means we are committed to a higher standard of providing excellent care to our patients.
